How is design-build different from general contracting?
Design-build connects design and construction within an integrated delivery arrangement. General contracting typically starts from a more developed set of owner-provided plans. The right choice depends on design readiness and how you want responsibilities organized.
Can we bring an existing concept or designer?

Who prepares professional design documents?
Qualified architects, engineers and other appointed consultants prepare and take responsibility for the professional work required by the project. FCC contributes construction planning, coordination and practical buildability input.
